There are no hidden fees, long-term contracts, or upfront costs. You only pay when your property earns money, making it completely performance-driven. Our incentives are fully aligned: we only succeed when you do.

Guests receive fast, professional replies 24/7, spotless cleanings from trusted local teams, and fair, competitive pricing that adjusts to market demand. All guests are screened through Airbnb's verification system and must agree to strict house rules. We also communicate directly with each guest before check-in to set expectations. 7. Do I still keep control and ownership of my Airbnb account?+

Yes. You remain the official Airbnb account holder and all payouts go directly to you. ManaHost handles day-to-day operations like communication, cleanings, and pricing, but you maintain full ownership, all guest payouts go directly to you, and we invoice our operations fee separately.

8. Do you collect my rental income?+

No. You stay the official host of record and all guest payments go directly to your account. ManaHost never sits between you and your money. We simply invoice you a monthly operations fee for the software and services we provide.
